The Great ICIM Book Sale and Silent Auction

We love to raise money for the William D. Mitchell Scholarship Fund, and we love to have a great time doing it. You can add to our scholarship by donating through Paypal on the home page of our website.

In Dearborn, new board member Megan Strauchman, DO organized a silent auction, featuring Detroit memorabilia and other amazing items. We filled tables to overflowing with used books from the collection of L. Terry Chappell, M.D, and sold them all. Since he has retired, we also sold some of the medical equipment from Dr. Chappell’s office to raise money to support the students.

Fun - Raising Carnival

In Memphis, everyone was invited to enjoy a Memphis BBQ and a fund-raising carnival hosted by ICIM Elvis. Guests were invited to try their hand at games of skill and chance - for a price- and raise money to build our student scholarship fund. Some were big spenders and took a swing at our pinata for $100! We also featured an ice cream/soda drink station with tinctures locally made with herbs and fruits.
