member Sajad Zalzala, MD, PhD in Nutrition, and a second Masters degree in Near
Eastern Studies, will lead us on an intimate tour of Middle Eastern culture in
it’s US epicenter : Dearborn, MI.

while people enjoyed their lunch.

of America (the largest mosque in America)
Shatila Bakery for Middle
Eastern sweets
Ramadan
break-fast (Iftar): This is an optional, but very special invitation to
experience a profound moment in a Middle Eastern family’s holiday.
